- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system as each project is very specific and we cover a wide range of services. We do price each job according to fair market value and always price competitively.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly an introduction via phone call or email. We usually schedule an appointment to meet in person to discuss the specifics of the project they are interested in working with us on. When the price is agreed and accepted we draw up a contract for the project. We agree on a schedule to begin the project with a time frame to complete each project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A full four year apprenticeship in construction and building trades. Passed all necessary exams and became a fully licensed, bonded & insured contractor/
