Selvin was very responsive and came out within 1 hour of hiring him on Thumbtack. Had to repair my kitchen garbagedisposal unit and he was able to do it quickly and also helped me clean the unit before restoring it back in place. Had an urgent plumbing emergency with my kitchen sink that needed to be resolved ASAP. I have someone staying at my house for a few months who had a baby 5 days ago. The kitchen sink drain fell apart from a prior patch job, and my house guests needed to sanitize baby bottles ASAP. Selvin responded immediately and was at my house in an hour. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Progreso Plumbing always tries to get as much information from the client as possible. That way when we go to your property we don't have to waste as much time trying to fix the problem but to already know what's going on and fix the problem.
