Introduction: I am a certified and insured personal and group fitness trainer. I live and love what I do, and I am often told that I make it fun! I work with women and men of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. I have been in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years, and I continue to educate myself in order to give my clients what they need. I'm a staffed and work freelance at gyms from Santa Monica to N. Hollywood. I utilize local parks (Weddington and Clover) and residential fitness centers.
