- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-My pricing is transparent and all-inclusive. It reflects not only the time spent photographing your wedding, but also professional editing, careful curation, and a reliable, high-end workflow from start to finish. There are no hidden fees，everything is clearly outlined in the agreement. - A 💲300 retainer is due at the time of booking，the remaining balance is due on the day of the session. -Additional coverage is available at a rate of $200 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Clarify Exceptions&Quotations: Clearly define the scope of the session, including the type of the session, location, duration, and any specific requirements you many have. A quotation will be offered upon your request shortly. *Photo shooting day: Carry out the photo shoot according to the agreed-upon plan. I will arrive at least 40 mins before the session time for a presetting of the lights and gears. *Post Production&Delivery: 9-12 sneak peek pictures from my selection will be lightly retouched and delivered to client within 48 hours after the wedding. All final images will be delivered digitally in high resolution through a secure online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share. Delivery timelines are clearly outlined in the agreement.
