Kyle is a pleasure to work with. He helped make it easier than I expected to become a first-time landlord. He is responsive to tenant needs, and helps to resolve issues and repairs timely as well as economically. Kyle Douvros is a truly excellent property manager. He manages my rental property in Santa Monica property while I live out-of-state. I no longer stress about maintenance, tentant or HOA issues because Kyle is on top of it all. He even managed the process of making design updates in my unit (new floors, closets, fireplace and appliances) in order to increase my property’s rental value. I could not ask for a better property manager.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The type of service we provide for the fee we charge cannot be matched. We are the type of company that will go to the locksmith to have a lock rekeyed instead of sending a locksmith out on a service call to do the job. Our method costs the owner around $10 the latter costs an owner $140+. If there is any small item we can take care of with a quick trip to Home Depot we are more than happy to personally do so.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I want to make sure a client has all their questions answered and their needs met. It is very important to have our clients know we are a company they can count on to get the job done.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I was mentored by the company owner himself and the 47+ years of business experience that came with it. I'm never too proud to ask for advice and always do so to ensure my clients receive the best possible information.
