Ari helped me try to fix a wifi problem. He was prompt, and tried to help resolve this issue as best he could however, it seemed like a larger issue with replacing the whole system vs a quick fix but we appreciate Ari's help none the less. Thank you!

My ancient computer was more than a decade behind current standards. I bought a new Apple and it was quite an upgrade. Many cha-cha-cha-changes in the operating system, and the applications, and neither my scanner nor my printer, would cooperate. The people at Bay Area Tech Hero were friendly and helpful. I needed a house-call and in a a very minutes and Bingo! all the components were working and I was being brought up to date with the software changes and key board shortcuts, etc. The next day, I blundered into another issue, made a call for help, and got a call-back in a very short time. These guys know their stuff and are very pleasant to work with!
