- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the number of windows, whether you want exterior only or inside and outside cleaning, and any add-ons such as tracks, hard water stain removal, French pane windows, or second-story windows. We are always upfront with pricing before starting the job, and we do our best to keep everything simple and fair. For example, exterior cleaning for 11 to 15 standard windows starts at $120. Interior cleaning can be added for an additional cost per window. French pane or grid windows may cost extra because they take more time to clean. Please note that the definition of a window is one pane (e.g. sliding windows with two glass panes count as 2 windows as per convention).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions about the home, the number of windows, and whether the customer wants exterior only or inside and outside cleaning. Then we provide a clear quote and schedule a date and time that works for the customer. When we arrive, we confirm the work, prepare the area, clean the windows carefully, and do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is happy before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience with residential window cleaning, including proper cleaning techniques, safe ladder use, screen handling, and customer service. We focus on using the right tools and methods to leave windows clean, streak-free, and handled with care.
