- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at 1.5 cents per word. We also offer payment plans and discounts to new and loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask that you send at least four pages of your project for us to review in order to provide you with the most accurate quote. Afterward, we'll follow up with you via email or phone call to discuss your project further. Projects are done remotely online so we will utilize phone calls, texts, and email for communication—whatever your preference! Like most professional businesses, 50% of the total must be paid before beginning a project. All projects totaling $250 or less must be paid (in full) in order for us to begin work. A non-disclosure agreement and mutual hiring contract are provided upon hire. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years of working with peers, as a freelance writer/editor, and university English writing tutor.
