Introduction: I have grown up practicing yoga. Yoga and meditation bring passion and health in my life. World travel and time spent in Indía are a big part of my practice. I love sharing yoga.
My approach to yoga is well rounded and giving full attention to every part of the body and all poses. Toes, feet, ankles , legs, core, back bends, arms, neck, hands and fingers are all included in detail. Flexible feet and toes create a strong foundation, strong legs and supple hips give the feeling of flying, a strong core empowers and protects your everyday posture and the hands are the foundation for all inversions as well as happy wrists and fingers. I love inversions especially handstands.
Students needs in the present moment are my focus while developing a well rounded practice that takes care of the whole body.
