I like to be thorough in tailoring my yoga class to the individual. One size doesn't fit all. I like to talk the client before hand and establish some rapport and inquire as to their level of expertise which determines how we proceed. I also like to discuss their goals in the context of yoga. That way if booking a course of lessons we can construct a program. In addition to the above I like to inject an element of fun because that's wants keeps people coming back. I've enjoyed teaching yoga for the last 15 years and imparting my experience with students both experienced students and beginner alike. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction in my work than watching a student develop their yoga skills and spiritual growth.
