MT Electric was extremely helpful and responsive. I reached out about an issue where my dishwasher would switch off mid-run. They were extremely prompt (came out to look at the problem the same day) and even though they needed an additional part to actually do the fix, were able to come back the next day to get it done.

I appreciated that the MT Electric pro took the time to explain the issue and offer two possible solutions: one that would be cheaper but might require some follow-up work, and another that would be more expensive but have a guaranteed chance of success. He explained exactly what he was suggesting in terms that I could understand, even though I'm not an expert.

The prices quoted were very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. Will reach out to this pro again if I have any future issues.
