Mr Rooter helped us out in an emergency plumbing situation on a Sunday in West Sonoma County. The downstairs shower was backing up with sewage, and we had guests coming in. Mr Rooter was able to come on the same day and diagnose the situation which included an assessment of a "funky" P-trap (which we knew about, but previously couldn't find someone to fix) on the exterior of the house where the house sewage connected to the local sewer system. After the Sunday assessment, Mr Rooter informed us they needed to come back on Monday to "jet" the line past the P-trap, and we made other accommodations for the guests. On Monday, they discovered the jetting was not going to fully fix the problem, and they gave us a call with a new plan to fix the P-trap problem, install a cleanout (which we didn't have), add a bunch of ABS plumbing pipe, dig through a concrete retaining wall (big deal!), etc. Basically, permanently fixing the problem. They were able to schedule first thing Tuesday morning. On Tuesday, everything went smoothly, and they finished around 3:30 in the afternoon, in time for guests to arrive around 4pm. Also, they found some roots in the line, which they cleared out as well. All the time, they kept us in the loop, were totally professional, and accommodated whatever they could when we asked (e.g. can you start tomorrow). Special shoutout to technician Erick!

Initial service was prompt, and after the blockage was removed, the technician caught a major problem with the pipes in the crawlspace under my house. He was able to schedule a crew to come out the next day.The crew arrived on time, was friendly and efficient, and finished a big job ahead of schedule. I am a satisfied customer.

Chris from Mr Rooter was great and we were having an emergency because the water to our entire house was off due to a corroded connection from the local water company 1) he arrived a bit early 2) he assessed the situation immediately and explained what it would take to fix the issue 3) he was quick in getting the parts he needed to construct a new connection to our house from the water system 4) he built it out and explained to us what he had done 5) he was extremely friendly and a great communicator from start to finish and most importantly 6) he fixed it all , no complex explanations or drama . A great experience
