When my desktop computer was running slow & freezing up, I was fortunate enough to find a professional repair person, Anthony, who was not only knowledgeable but very friendly. I downloaded his proprietary AI program that made a comprehensive system check and repair; a few stalls occurred during this process, but a technician quickly entered my computer remotely to set it on course again. The repair process took longer than usual - not unlike a housecleaner taking longer to straighten out a pigsty! I am very pleased now with my computer performance, which may be surpassed only with my positive experience I had with Anthony. He responded to my concerns quickly and took time to explain in detail. Additionally, he went above and beyond - devoting a few more hours without charge - to investigate other problem areas, as well as to map out a network connection to a second computer that I wanted.
