My focus is precision and quality. I am more than happy to spend extra time on design so that the build meets, and hopefully exceeds, customer desires. There are a lot of little nuonsis that most builders will overlooks but I will take the time to explain why I do the things I do and why it's worth it for the customer. I will not claim to be the cheapest, but I will claim to give everyone the best bang for their buck.

Chris used an excavator to dig a French drain around my property. His work is superb, quick, and he was very knowledgeable about what to do. I have referred him to multiple others who have hired him and they have also said how great of a guy and worker he is

I am a real estate investor, home remodeler, real estate agent, former 30yr Real Estate Appraiser, Architectural Drafter, Property manager of commercial / residential & more.
I have known Chris Thatcher for years and most recently had him work with me on a large home remodel project of mine in Mill Valley. The project included exterior deck framing repairs, siding and trim work, as well as painting days.
Chris assisted me with many wiring and lighting changes, framing changes, floor leveling and supporting of previously unsupported work by others. This remodel was of a 2700sf home included 2.5 bathrooms and a completely new reconfigured kitchen.
