There are a lot of little nuonsis that most builders will overlooks but I will take the time to explain why I do the things I do and why it's worth it for the customer. I am a real estate investor, home remodeler, real estate agent, former 30yr Real Estate Appraiser, Architectural Drafter, Property manager of commercial / residential & more.
I have known Chris Thatcher for years and most recently had him work with me on a large home remodel project of mine in Mill Valley. The project included exterior deck framing repairs, siding and trim work, as well as painting days.
