Introduction: I'm a small shop, usually when you call you will talk to me, I will measure and estimate your job, then I will be the installer. There is no "salesman" making false promises. I am accountable for everything and I do my best to make sure you the customer are satisfied with the job you paid me to do. Instant gratification... When I arrive there is something broken or worn out or there is nothing at all. When I leave there glass is whole and clean, the window is new and operates smoothly or the shower is clean and beautiful.
