Introduction: I believe that my work stands out from other trainers because my main concern is to focus on my clients needs and wants and then build a program from there. I also have the education in terms of injury rehabilitation to help clients overcome any issues they may have that may interfere with their positive progression. I love my job because every person is different and I find that this keeps my interest. People are like puzzles and there is no cookie cutter way to bring fitness into someone's life. So the key is listening and assisting the client to find their inner power. Seeing someone accomplish something they were not able to do before brings me great joy.

I have been going to Dana for nearly two years now. After breaking my leg in 2008, I was left with terrible balance, diminished strength, and excessive weight. I have seen great improvement in my balance, my over all strength, and her class has taken a great part in my weight loss progress. She is extremely motivating, safely pushes your limits, and genuinely cares about your progress. I love going to her class!! I can't forget to mention, her playlists are awesome and numerous!!! I know when I go to Dana's class that I will have a good time, have a great workout and will feel my hard work for the next couple of days after. If you have wanted to try boot camp, but fear the name or injuring yourself with some of those extreme and crazy exercises, I urge you to give Dana a try.

I've been working with Dana over a year now. I just love how she motivates you to work at your own level and making sure that you do the exercises correct. She's the best!

I would highly recommend Dana to anyone who is looking for a trainer or for her workout classes. Dana is patient and works with you whether you are a beginner, advanced, or have injuries. She makes her students feel they can do it and pushes you to succeed to your personal best. She varies her workouts so it keeps things fresh.

I started working with Dana about 2 years ago, I was overweight and out of shape...she helped me strengthen my core to help with my my back pain. It was a positive and helpful experience. I am now 30lbs lighter, no back pain and I am competing in triathlons with this amazing coach and friend. She will work with you and not judge, but help inspire you to achieve your goals.

I've just begun my journey with Dana, but so far so good! She came to my house, which is really what I needed, and gave me 1:1 support to set initial goals and "get moving". She asked questions about my health and observed my posture with a variety of exercises. She seems to be providing personal assessment and recommendations specific to me, which I need and appreciate.
