I was assigned a rep named Dave. We were reorganizing the garage and something got hung up on the door and misaligned it causing it not to close. I reached out to my trusted source (Thumbtack) and All Garage Door Inc was the first to respond. I was given an ETA of 1hr, to which was honored. The estimated was more than I expected so Dave was willing to negotiate a quick fix price, until I’m able to get it fixed properly. I appreciate your quick response, suggestions and willingness to to work with me and NOT wanting to leave my garage in its condition due to the rain beginning. David was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He arrived promptly within the promised time frame and dedicateo the necessary time to thoroughly explain the different door style options. He was very kind and was a pleasure chatting with him. The quote he provided represents excellent value compared to the three other bids received. The doors were installed on Tuesday, and they look amazing. The installer was kind and cleaned up before leaving for the day. I’m so glad we were able to find someone that was reasonable as we have received quotes that were very expensive. What they quoted was reasonable. Thanks guys!
