- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat-rate service calls start at $70/hr, with a 2-hour minimum. We also offer Half-Day (4 hours) and Full-Day (7 hours) options. Travel, labor, tools, and warranty are all included—no hidden fees. Parts and materials are billed separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a complimentary consultation—either virtual or in person—to understand your needs and determine if we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll build a personalized to-do list, walk you through our membership or one-time service options, and schedule your first visit at a time that works best for you. It’s simple, seamless, and tailored to your home.
