Shawn and his crew did a great job. We had a bunch of misc work around the house that collectively was quite a bit of work, and I am very happy with the result. Its an old house with some quirks, but they got it done quickly. I would definitely use their services again.

Shawn came to our rescue when a landscaping accident shattered our back slider. He fit us in at the last minute and was so professional and easy to talk to. He was super communicative through the whole process and left us with a clean and beautiful new finished slider. I am blown away by how efficient he was and the knowledge Shawn has! From the 1st meeting with Shawn, to the start day and until the final, even follow-up post project we could count on the SDA team. The quality of the work is top notch, no detail ignored. From the biggest structural components to the smallest details in the finish, the team put dedication and pride into all they touched. Communication always open, the team was the best we've worked with as far as their energy working together and respect.Moving forward with any project we would have no doubts in SDA to be put on our jobsite as weve have experienced all levels of structural, changes and finishes with them.

We've been very pleased with the work done by SDA Building. There were 2 projects: Outdoors replacing siding on 2 sides of the house which required a lot of detail patching and repainting to match the house color and another later project to remove popcorn ceilings in 3 rooms and resurfacing and painting. The workers were friendly, responsible and efficient.
