From the 1st meeting with Shawn, to the start day and until the final, even follow-up post project we could count on the SDA team. The quality of the work is top notch, no detail ignored. From the biggest structural components to the smallest details in the finish, the team put dedication and pride into all they touched. Communication always open, the team was the best we've worked with as far as their energy working together and respect.Moving forward with any project we would have no doubts in SDA to be put on our jobsite as weve have experienced all levels of structural, changes and finishes with them.

Shawn and his crew did a great job. We had a bunch of misc work around the house that collectively was quite a bit of work, and I am very happy with the result. Its an old house with some quirks, but they got it done quickly. I would definitely use their services again.

Shawn came to our rescue when a landscaping accident shattered our back slider. He fit us in at the last minute and was so professional and easy to talk to. He was super communicative through the whole process and left us with a clean and beautiful new finished slider. I am blown away by how efficient he was and the knowledge Shawn has! Shawn was able to solve the issues that came up in replacing the siding without a problem and came over to oversee the progress often. His team was a pleasure to work with and happy to advise me on the extra things that needed fixing. I will call him again if other projects come up. I highly recommend SDA Building.
