I have tried for over a year to find someone who would come a look at our heater-NO one else wanted to do it but he came and found out what was wrong, got it to work and called to make sure our heat was working until the part arrived. I do not know what person today would even care, and his prices are very reasonable and called to see what time would work for us and when he was running a little late called to let me know.
