- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system, I prefer the flat rate system so my customers know exactly what they're going to pay and they are not going to be surprised at the end of the job of any additional hidden charges or anything like that my communication is clear and upfront, it seems to work well for both of parties!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make phone contact with the customer to arrange a home/office visit look at what needs to be completed and then I give an estimate right there on the spot schedule the job and then complete the work. If the customer does not have time to schedule a home visit or the job is small enough to arrange over the phone, we can do that as well :) I try very hard to keep it simple and take care of it quickly and affordably.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of field training on the job experience with moving hauling even piano moves long hauls dump runs all kinds of jobs related to moving from one location to another! seasoned veteran mover!
