- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat Rate or Volume-Based – Pricing is often based on how much space the junk takes up in a truck (e.g., 1/4 truck, 1/2 truck, full truck). Weight-Based Fees – Some items, like concrete or construction debris, may have additional charges due to weight. Special Item Fees – Some items, such as mattresses, tires, or hazardous waste, may have additional disposal fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very straightforward. We bid on the job & if the customer accepts our quote, we take care of it.
