Hello again Connie & thanks for the review! It was a pleasure meeting you & loading up your big 26’ Penske truck. If you get the time, I would definitely appreciate some honest feedback detailing where we came up short of that 5th star. You asked to switch the start time from 12 to 1 on two hours notice, which we readily accommodated. I then offered/provided a 3rd guy on the same short notice in order to expedite the load up, and we then got it done inside of the four hour minimum (despite a lot of the furniture not being cleared off & ready to wrap/load upon our arrival.) I felt we were timely, courteous, patient, efficient, and that the job as a whole went seamlessly and without incident. I’d love to know where we could have improved! Great job, guys! Ryan and Randy are awesome. They showed up on time ready to work, protected and transported my belongings as if they were their own, and were an overall pleasure to be around. Their skills are top notch, but what really set them apart with moving companies I’ve used in the past was their cheerful and friendly attitude! Highly recommend these two!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$70/hr is for moving labor for two guys and all moving/protective equipment (blankets, stretch wrap, dolly etc.) You fund/provide rental truck. We can drive it if you’d like. If we provide box truck, the rate is $100/hr. 4 hour minimum for all bookings. This is to justify it being worth saving a day in our calendar for a specific job.
