- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on project! I quote a project and sometimes the project goes over .. if the project exceeds 6 hours, I write up another quote. If it’s a couple hours over payment is my hourly rate. If there are left over hours I can work in a diff room in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often like to have a phone chat ( 30 min free consult) to discuss the project. Second, I ask for photos of the project and if I can, I often love to see the space in person. Once I can visualize the space and what is needed, I write up a quote. When the prospective client agrees to the quote, we schedule a date for the project to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No specific education and training. Just a lifetime of learning and 20 years’ of teaching that honed my skills for simplifying spaces, creating a “home” and for everything and creating spaces that feel warm, aesthetically pleasing and uncluttered.
