- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start our services at a basic package. We have additional add-on services such as USB drive at the end of the event with all of the images from the event. Also, a photo guest album, which is great for weddings and birthdays. And more...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact is most important, at this time we will determine all the details of your event including date, location, and services needed. I will create a detailed invoice for the client to review and confirm. We will follow-up with you before the date for a second confirmation. On the event date a attendant will set-up, break-down and run the booth.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional photographer for since 1999. Not only do I run my photo booths, but I run a award-winning photography studio for many other types of portraiture including families, kids, schools, and businesses.
