• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I provide clear, upfront estimates with labor and materials listed separately whenever possible. Pricing depends on the scope of work, site conditions, materials needed, and project timeline. Smaller repairs may be priced by the job or with a minimum service charge, while larger or multi-item projects are quoted after a site visit. If additional work is discovered, I discuss it with the customer and get approval before moving forward. There are no surprise charges.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I start by discussing the project, reviewing photos when available, and scheduling a site visit when the scope needs to be inspected in person. After understanding the work, I provide a clear estimate that separates labor and materials. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work professionally, keep the area clean, and review the finished project with the customer before closing it out.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  My training comes from hands-on experience in property maintenance, repairs, light carpentry, drywall work, fixture installation, and general home improvement. I continue building my knowledge through field experience, manufacturer instructions, safety practices, and current repair methods. I focus on doing work carefully, using the right materials, and maintaining a clean, professional job site.
