Had an awesome experience! Doug went above and beyond. Helped unmount our old TV and re-mounted the new one perfectly (75in Frame TV which is not easy). He took the time to ask questions and make sure the placement was exactly what we wanted. Super professional, polite, and easy to work with. Everything was done quickly and clean.
