Spencer, along with his apprentice Dean, worked cleanly and efficiently. Spencer broke down each detail of how they would attach the 55" TV and soundbar above the fireplace. They hooked up all the wiring (and concealed it), re-programed the remote, explaining what they were doing along the way. VERY clean and respectful, prompt, thorough. Just a perfect job at a very reasonable price!! When they were done with the job they cleaned up and demonstrated the new installation and reviewed the changes on the remote. In this age of contractors that don't even show up...it was truly a breath of fresh air!!! (*Dan & Paula)
