- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is 85 an hour. I don't typically charge for travel, but if you happen to be more than an hour away, I may need to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My 1st job is to listen. Just listen and understand what the customer needs. Then Ideally I'm able to come and determine the estimated cost of the project and go from there. Some services I can instantly quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been installing and servicing smart home and office equipment for 10 years.
