- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat rate for most services. Payment is collected after job completion in the form of Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp. For the record; Tech Sonoma is not a licensed contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tech Sonoma's founder has completed hundreds of hours of corporate training on low voltage electrical systems, tens of thousands of hours of on the job experience, technical school for IT/computer networks and decades of personal studies across tech industries.
