- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is a brief phone consultation to see if we're a good fit and to discuss the customer's needs and desires. Next, we schedule an introductory session. Finally, we assess the desired frequency of sessions and create a schedule to work together.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with yoga when I was pregnant with my first child, and practiced prenatal yoga throughout both of my pregnancies. After having two children, yoga became my “me time” and helped me be a more patient mother. Shortly after, I also discovered Inferno Hot Pilates (Hiit) and Barre. The combination of the three helped me on my fitness journey after realizing that two pregnancies and aging were taking their toll on my body and health. I decided to share my love of these modalities with others through teaching private sessions, corporate classes, special events, and group classes. I discovered breathwork on my healing journey, and it unlocked a new level of inner peace for me. I was able to access more self love and acceptance, allowing me to step more into my authentic expression of self. Breathwork has been so transformative for me that I felt called to share it by becoming a facilitator. I am also a Rose Priestess, guiding clients create energetic alignment and step into their most vibrant, authentic lives.
