My wife and I explored several contractors for our home renovation project before ameeting with Sina from Eagle Construction. But after we met, we immediately knew we would be proceeding with them to do the work. From the get go, Sina was prompt to respond to my inquiry for a quote. Additionally, he showed up on the agreed upon date and time to review the scope of work for our project. No flaking, no excuses, no tardiness. I explained our project to Sina which involved modifying 2 different load bearing walls. Sina listened to what we wanted and broke down the options and routes feasible to accomplish the goal. He was professional, answered all our questions, and provided insight into the various phases of planning, obtaining permits, and how the work would be done by the team to carry out the renovation. The quote provided in the beginning was honest and fair. Most importantly it was accurate. No surprises or hidden fees. The work performed was high quality in both technique and materials utilized. They were highly responsive and were able to come out quickly to do the inspection. We received a comprehensive report within 24 hours of the inspection. The engineer took his time explaining everything during the visit and answered all of our questions. He also identified potential issues with the chimney that weren’t necessarily in scope so that we could have a specialist do further inspection. We’ve since hired a chimney specialist who confirmed that there are significant issues. The general inspection never saw that. I highly recommend hiring RSH to do a structural inspection in addition to a general inspection if you’re buying a house."See more
