My main inspector suggested I hire a structural engineer and I’m glad I found this company. I requested an appointment and the following day I had an appointment. Sina and team helped me assess my properties foundation and structural integrity during the escrow process.. They walked me through the risks so that I could make an informed decision. I was never rushed, they took the time to explain in layman terms and they answered all of my questions.

My wife and I explored several contractors for our home renovation project before ameeting with Sina from Eagle Construction. But after we met, we immediately knew we would be proceeding with them to do the work.

From the get go, Sina was prompt to respond to my inquiry for a quote. Additionally, he showed up on the agreed upon date and time to review the scope of work for our project. No flaking, no excuses, no tardiness.

I explained our project to Sina which involved modifying 2 different load bearing walls. Sina listened to what we wanted and broke down the options and routes feasible to accomplish the goal. He was professional, answered all our questions, and provided insight into the various phases of planning, obtaining permits, and how the work would be done by the team to carry out the renovation.

The quote provided in the beginning was honest and fair. Most importantly it was accurate. No surprises or hidden fees.

The work performed was high quality in both technique and materials utilized. All the work was performed within the timeframe proposed (actually quicker than anticipated).
