- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My system of cost pricing is simple. To give the customer what they want or need at the most cost effective calculation (this means least expensive ).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would introduce myself to the customer, and ask to see the projected job to be done. If there is any questions or problems after looking over the project, we will discuss solutions and options to be able to proceed and complete the task (s). I am always open to added tasks providing we agree on the terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have many years (40) in the Electrical business, with experience in the IBEW and in the field, doing residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. They would also include service work and troubleshooting.
