- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the work we do is based on an hourly rate+materials. We offer a mobile rate and shop rate, depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information as possible from our customers(measurements, photos, timeline, etc). Based on that, we can determine if we will be able to help with the customer's project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked on home improvement projects, structural, automotive, marine, brewing industry, and machining companies. You name it, we've welded it.
