Mr. Heuslein company was hired by Mountain Health Community Services INC to renovate two of Mountain Health primary health care clinics in San Diego, and in Escondido city. I had a pleasure of working with Mr. Heuslein company on the renovation of our two primary health care clinics in 2014. The renovation consist of the following: Demolition, Framing and drywall and concrete footing. Electrical & lighting, plumbing, heating &cooling, Painting, T-Grid ceiling , roofing, handicap parking stripping, MEP, flooring, IT etc... Throughout the course of the renovation. Mr. Heuslein was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our projects. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping and construction timelines. He chose and managed the sub-contractors appropriately. The jobs was done with care and precision. He demonstrated that he is an efficient contractor and make sure all change orders are communicated thoroughly and cost effectively. Mr. Heuslein took special care to prevent unforeseen extra cost to the projects and keep us in within budget. While major renovation is inherently stressful, Mr. Heuslein services as a general contract were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. I would like to give Mr. Heuslein top marks in the following areas: Quality of work: s consistently top notch. They were conscientious about following project specifications and the work product rarely needed improvement or revision. Quality of Crew: professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful to the clinics staff and respectful of clinic property and business during renovation and goo work habit with strong emphasis on getting the job done right than doing it fast. Project Management and Coordination: Mr. Heuslein company is knowledgeable about all aspects of our projects and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities in different work crew effectively. They are familiar with medical building codes and dealing with city hall also facilitated a smooth and hassle free process when it came to building permits and inspection. Mountain Health Community Services is currently planning on building a new 24,000 square feet in campo area and his company is on our hiring list for our new medical health center.a

When we finally decided to upgrade and make improvements to our home the best decision we made was to go with WE Heuslein. Buddy and everyone that works for/with him are fantastic. From the floor installers to the window installers to the dry wall guys to the painter to the electrician, everyone was always very courteous and professional. They arrived every morning as scheduled and were always ready to start their day and get as much accomplished as possible. And if I changed my mind about a plan or detail, they made the necessary adjustments and made sure I was happy with the final outcome. I could not be happier with how all our renovations turned out. I would recommend WE Heuslein for any home projects you are considering. They can handle it all from hanging a new door to a whole new addition or anything else you can imagine you might want done. And I know this first hand because I asked them to do a lot of different jobs that weren't even originally discussed. I completely trust them to get the job done right. WE Heuslein is the best.

I had a fairly complicated pour for a steel building. It involved some moderate grading with nearly 3' of drop across a 33' side. The slab was 25x33' with multiple large footers and a ton of bolts (50+) that needed to be set precisely so that the steel columns would be properly located. The team did a great job! The bolts lined up perfectly and there were no adjustments needed by the building erectors. The slab needed to be very accurate because the building steel was designed to overhang and it was easily within 1/8" on all measurements. The form setter / grader / finisher named George and his partner Rigo are kick ass guys and did a great job. The rest of the team were also very cool people. Even with a couple rain delays, they met my aggressive timeline.

Our company recently remodeled two separate medical centers for Mountain Health family medical services. We remodeled their Escondido location and their 25Th St downtown location. Both projects were very successful and a great achievement.
