I called Happy Plumbing to fix a gas leak that another company, Plumbsd, was unable to resolve after working on the problem for 3 weeks. I’ve had Efen from Happy Plumbing out here before on another issue and he did a wonderful job. This time he had to clean up the mess that Plumbsd did and he was able to find the leak in 2 days!! I was so happy and grateful. What a great guy he is. He’s one hell of a plumber!!! Thank you Efren.

They responded quickly to my work solicitation and had Chris come out and give me a quote pretty soon after. He gave good advice on the unit I had bought prior to the job, and gave me a few recommendations on other units that would work better for the size of our homes and the amount of people living here. I researched the unit and was convinced that it would indeed work out better for our home. Once I called Happy Plumbing back to confirm the job, they were quick about setting up a work date and went over the financing. Once Chris came back out to my home, he got to work right away. It’s obvious that he is very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade which just reinforced my choice in choosing Happy Plumbing.

Happy Plumbing was able to address my problem within a few days. They were running behind schedule for their initial service call, but were very communicative to let me know the status. Once the job was scheduled it was completed very quickly, and they confirmed the issue was resolved. One gotcha: when booking an appointment through thumbtack, it looked like it was "Confirmed" but that ended up not being the case. If you reserve through thumbtack, make sure to follow up with a call to avoid any confusion.
