Working with Miguel was a seamless experience for roof inspection and repair. He came out for a free estimate when other companies had declined due to it being a smaller scale job. He was personable and easy to communicate with. He made some recommendations without any pressure. He sent me a written estimate later that day. His team was able to come out and repair a few roof shingles where 3 large satellites had been in place. He also replaced the fascia that was as rotting due to age and neglect. They were able to come by within a week of the estimate and get all the repair work done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and even helped me take a few more items that bulk pickup had left due to the nails in them. Very happy with the decision to hire them and grateful they accepted as well. Highly recommended!

Miguel and his crew replaced a portion of my house siding. Every phase of the job from removing the old siding and replacing with a new one, installing house wrap for protection, applying sealant and painting was done in a professional manner. The work quality was excellent. Will definitely use MHL Roof and Builders again in the future!

Miguel is AWESOME! He was responsive and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Sent him pictures and he knew right away the issue and told me it was an easy fix and would be able to do it the next morning. He came this morning & confirmed his initial assessment from the pictures. Grabbed a sample tile from the roof, found it at the store, and picked it up then installed. He even did a quick walk over of our roof when I told him that we had solar installed 4 yrs ago…he found two loose tiles and just fixed them. Either way, quality work from an honest and quality guy - def hire Miguel’s company for any and all roofing needs
