- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 per 60min lesson for two people. I charge $200 per 90min lesson for two people and I provide wines to taste and talk about, plus lesson packets. Price varies for groups larger than 5.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very open and happy to discuss a starting point and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a level one Sommiler studying for my second level. I've worked as a Sommiler at A16 restaurant for seven years. I currently work at Flour + Water restaurant and The Cellar Door wine bar.
