Kevin showed up on short notice and was able to diagnose my problem pretty quickly. Where I thought the problem was with my sprinkler system he found it was a leak in the water main before my meter so the city or San Jose Water is responsible. He called San Jose Water to report the leak and followed up later with me to make sure they came out. Very good experience. Will definitely use him again.
