Firuz, I hope I got his name correctly, was above, above and above what I hoped for. I had a serious water leak from under the commode and had spent three hours trying to fix it. I finally gave up, shut off all the water to the house and thus deprived my houseful of occupants from using the toilets, showers and kitchen.
I called Phoenix Plumbing at 10:45 p.m on a Sunday night. To my absolute amazement Firuz showed up FIFTEEN minutes later! I know I got lucky and couldn't possibly expect that again but it just shows how serious and dedicated Firuz and Phoenix Plumbing are about their mission. Thanks! I'll be calling on you again, for sure.

Very quick, efficient, respectful, and hardworking. He fixed our water filter installation problem quickly and professionally. Since we live in an apartment and weren’t able to drill into the countertop, he came up with a great alternative solution. He replaced the dishwasher air gap with a faucet for the water filter, and everything worked perfectly. Very knowledgeable and solution-oriented. Highly recommended!

Had the best experience with Firuz. He responds to messages quickly and was nice enough to come by the same day, even though it was later in the evening. When he arrived, he had such a nice, positive, helpful attitude. He was very professional and did an excellent job fixing our toilet. While working, he explained what he was doing and also gave us tips and advice. He is very patient and takes the time to do meticulous work.
