- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge a $79.00 service fee which gets applied towards the cost of the repair. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We introduce ourselves and make sure that we understand the customers issue. We would then schedule a service appointment to further diagnose the issue. We are honest reliable and efficient. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years of experience. I worked for American Home Shield and now decided to open my own company.
