We couldn't be happier with the house that GBU construction Development for us and we had a wonderful experience with Yosi . Several contractors who live in our neighborhood watched the house being constructed and have all told us how impressed they were with the quality of the work. His subcontractors and suppliers also all told us how lucky we were to have Yosi working on our project. When the severe winter of 2021/2022 delayed the construction start, Yosi helped us revise the schedule and did a great job of making up for lost time. Throughout the project, Yosi was easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner. There were no budget surprises and he had great recommendations when it came to making choices in building materials. We appreciated GBU attention to detail with the paperwork and billing and we always knew the status of the budget. We would highly recommend Yosi and GBU for your construction project.

My partner and I wanted to get our backsplash in the kitchen done, but we weren’t sure if to go with Countertop backsplash or tile, We called a few companies to check around the budget and the idea, GBU was one of them, and they came and suggest to do tile backsplash that will pop out since we couldn’t match it to the existing countertop, also they came with the brilliant idea to do faucet above the stove, REALLY usable, recommended to all people that not sure what to do, the way they guide us was amazing, thanks !!

On March 1st I contacted your company and provided you with picture for my project, you set up a meeting for March 7th at 10:30 to meet, on March7th I contacted you to remind you about our meeting, you failed me by texting me that “ your min project is $5000.” Without coming to see and without letting me know this in advance. You waisted my time waiting for you. Not professional.
