This is actually one of my first carpet cleaning experiences with a professional company and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the results I was left with. I had chosen them based on the reviews here and they were all right, I was not left in an astray. The lady whom had done the scheduling was able to fit me right in when I had requested to; and she was also able to change the time and date as I had requested. I was given a call ahead of time in order to confirm and also discuss the cleaning. The guy technicians had arrived; they were punctual on their arrival, right on time! they were professional and they got right down to work. The carpet -- a crappy rental carpet had looked much better when they were done with it. I had taken them about 45 minutes for the work and I was happy with the results and overall customer service. Great company.

I have to say that I will certainly be using these guys again! The prices were extremely reasonable and not to mention I had a technician whom had knowledge to the highest degree and was able to answer all of my aching questions. My carpet is clean and it smells really nice now. Thanks for the vacuuming job that you guys did too by the way! Not a lot companies go that extra mile.
