Finding a good contractor now a days is extremely difficult. I have been looking to remodel my kitchen for years, but never truly felt comfortable moving forwards with ones that Ive met. By mere coincidence, I found Y.S. Remodeling & Design remodeling my neighbors house and decided to give them a try. Yoel came out and listened to what I was looking for, offering many design options. He walked me through different ideas I cld put into the kitchen, each having different functions. He was very knowledgable in terms of what to do and what not to do. What made me feel comfortable with Yoel was that he was very honest and straightforward. He was guiding throughout this entire process, in ways that were much more beneficial and cost effective to me. I love the turnout of my all white kitchen, and cant stop receiving compliments. Already recommended YS Remodeling to a friend, who hes currently doing their bathroom. Thank you Yoel for everything and looking forward to doing many more jobs with you in the future!

It has been a coupe months since the completion of my backyard. I cant express how happy I am with the turn out and how good of a job they did for me. At our first meet, Yoel came up with a design that would put our yard to better use We initially only wanted turf installed, but he gave us the idea of placing a seating area in the center of the yard to make it more useful. He expanded it and made it a lot safer by putting up a retaining wall. Working with the inspector seemed to be a breeze, but Im sure a lot of work went into it. The crew followed the permitting plans and made sure everything as up to code. It was much faster than expected! Looking back at older photos of our yard, we couldnt even have imagined that our yard would ever look like this. Gracias for everything, our dog is just as happy!!!

I was shopping around a few different places before finally hiring YS Remodeling to install me a new cool roof and solar panels. I was very confused about the whole process and how solar works, no one really took the time to explain me everything. I was just handed numbers and unfortunately given false promises as I learned. Compared to other estimates we had that were like 15 minutes long, Yoel sat with us for almost three hours explaining how solar works, making sure we understand everything before proceeding. I asked tons of questions and he answered promptly. They were also able to install a new cool roof for us in hand with the solar! And we love the look of it! They definitely have the best customer service Ive experienced and great prices. They kept me updated throughout the entire process in regards to planning, permitting, and work. Overall, very professional company with great workers and customer service. They made the whole process easy and since then, Ive recommended them to many of my friends and family! Thank you

Sometimes the hardest thing you can find is someone you can trust to do a good job. I spoke with a few contractors before reaching out to YS Remodeling. It was nothing but timely professional courtesy throughout the process. With the drought and water shortages weve been going thru in CA, I wanted to do my part in helping. However, I still wanted something that looks pleasing to the eye and not just a dry dessert landscape. After meeting with several contractors, I decided on YS Remodeling because they really cared about my concerns, Yoel was patient with me in coming up with a design. He was able to give me a quote (and stick to it) that worked with my budget. Im exceptionally happy with work and definitely looking forward to doing more work with them in the future!

We recently finished a full house remodel with Y.S. Remodeling and we can not be any happier with the work they completed. We did a full exterior remodel of our entire backyard including an outdoor kitchen, patio cover, pavers, artificial turf. From the very first meeting, we felt very comfortable with Yoel as he was very straightforward and open to us, guiding us in ways to save money. He helped us come up with a design, and we must say it wasnt an easy one. Yoel was there every step of the way supervising the work. His workers carry the same ethics as he does and were always there when we had concerns. As it was a complicated job, concerns did come up but Yoel was always there to address them. We didnt feel lost one step of the way. Extremely satisfied and are happy to call Yoel as one of the best contractors we have worked with. Yoel also did for us windows and solar, following the completion of the back yard. Im sure you know how I feel about that too! Highly recommended to use!
