Hi Betty, I didn’t show up as scheduled because the Home Depot for your cabinet hinges was out of stock so I had to go to another one that was out of the way. I don’t see why you needed to add this to the review when I communicated that to you before arrival. I DID clean up the dust, I’ve never left drill dust at any clients home, so this is a flat out lie. I will be using shoe covers from here on out, I would’ve gladly taken my shoes off if you would have asked me to. As far as the toilet seat (which I told you I wasn’t going to charge you for) you gave me a used toilet seat to install that was missing the original screws. I grabbed the screws before showing arriving and most toilet seat screws are generic. The toilet seat you wanted me to install had an LED light on it and it required screws that you have to order from the company who made the seat which I informed you of. I offered to put the old seat back on and your daughter said “no it’s fine, I really just needed the old screws off because she had trouble taking them off which I did you you free of charge. I take my business seriously and I’m open to honest reviews but I do not appreciate you lying & leaving out the whole story in attempt to try and drag my business down.
