Hired WCMM for wall repair & paint. Daniel was very professional and able to adapt the scheduling on the fly due to some conflicts. The handyman that did the work was very proficient and fast. Overall, very good experience and I plan on hiring WCMM again in the future.

I had some handyman projects like taking off an existing Chandelier and replacing it with a new one, installing a 67 inch TV on a mount and few more. From the very beginning the communication was wonderful! I felt like I'm working with fair, honest people. The handyman came on time and was very pleasant. He did an excellent work, very professional, clean and caring. The only downside was that he was working very very slow. When you pay per hour that could be a problem...BUT when I was talking to his boss Daniel on the phone he was very understanding and reduced the price. I was very pleased working with them and will definitely use them again!!!

Repaired metal casement windows, they needed locks and to be functional. They had to modify them because they were so old, but did a great job and at a reasonable cost. They were the first to contact me, and showed up on time, and I would definitely use them again! Thank you Thumbtack!

Daniel and his team did an outstanding job repairing and refurbishing a french door that was in really bad shape. They came on time and finished the job in the time period they indicated in the quote. Very respectful and professional in every way!!!

I had a very nice solid wood and beveled glass exterior door that had gotten totally messed up from the sun and rain and from a lack of maintenance on my part. But it was great wood underneath it all and I didn't want to paint it. Geoff came and did a great job turning my ugly looking door into a neat looking 'distressed door' (which totally fit in with the look of my home') Took a lot of creativity and work, but Geoff got it done. He was very helpful making suggestions on how to accomplish this and, as I said, he did a great job of it - at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely hire him to do more work in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a tiered charge for junk removal service, relating to size of load(s) removed. Our handyman services are per hour & sometimes by job. Either way our prices are either the cheapest or compete with lowest prices in the market, and our servicemen are professionals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is to understand what exactly their vision is for our service. Meeting an excellent standard with the lowest price.
