- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the move and number of movers needed. Most apartment and small home moves start at $100/hour for a two-man crew. We give a flat estimate after hearing about the job — no hidden fees. Stairs, long carries, and heavy items are factored into the quote upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You message me with the details — what you're moving, where from, where to, and when. I give you a quote usually within an hour. Day of the move, we show up on time with all equipment (truck, dollies, blankets, straps). We protect your furniture, load efficiently, drive carefully, and set everything down where you want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years of hands-on moving experience across LA — apartments, houses, offices, and studios. I've handled everything from single-item deliveries to full 3-bedroom relocations. I also have a construction and electrical background, so I'm comfortable with heavy equipment, tight spaces, and protecting property.
