It has been a very quick turnaround regarding the issues with our AC unit. Management was able to secure a better vendor to inspect the problem, and they ultimately replaced the entire unit. The new vendor was professional, polite, and informative throughout the process. Most importantly, they listened to our concerns and communicated clearly, making us feel that our needs were heard and addressed.

Our management company has 3 tiers of pricing with rates starting as low as 5-9%. We disclose ALL of our fees upfront. Please visit our website or see our pricing video for more information.

We hold your hand through the transition. Our goal is to make everything effortless on your part. We will handle A-Z for our clients. The first step is to meet you at the property and help you develop the best strategy for maximizing your rental income. It is free of charge to obtain rental estimates and request a proposal from us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed brokerage firm by CA Department of Real Estate, member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), and Certified Apartment Manager® by NAA (National Apartment Assocation).
