- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- No fee to represent/consult buyers find and buy property (any fee usually paid by seller) - Free consultation for seller services with a free property evaluation and analysis. Commission is negotiable at time of hiring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always available for a quick telephonic conversation and consultation. After the initial contact, I generally meet the client at a location preferable to the client (office, their home, or wherever may be best suited - I'm flexible) For Seller - there is a preference to meet at the home that will be sold to provide further information. I am always available by text, email or call. For buyers - our initial discussion will revolve around current market and buyer's qualification to determine most efficient approach.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced licensed realtor since 2001 and have received continuing education from State of Ca Dept. of Real Estate every two to four years. My education includes current market trends, marketing, real estate ethics, property evaluation, mortgage and loan guidelines and rules, and much more. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. I have a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Management. As the principal of my Real Estate Company, I oversee hiring and training of staff on an on-going basis to ensure our company is always providing the best possible service. I keep my self up-to-date on current market and future market forecasts and trends to better assist my clients.
